Join us every Friday

1. Agility

We will be practicing the technical skill that involves the ability to quickly stop, start, and change direction, while also maintaining balance and control.
2. Speed

We will be working on the physical ability to cover ground by sprinting, accelerating, and through changing direction. Outpacing opponents is vital.
3. Communication

We will be practicing communication, which cotributes to increased concentration, performance through motivation, and decision making. Proper communication helps win games.
4. Awareness

We will be focusing on game awareness. Working hard is very important but it takes a certain level of field awareness to show intelligence on the field.
5. Finishing

We will be practicing shooting on goal. While a great defensive line helps win games, there is no winning without scoring.
